This and That and A Give - Away!

I had the Honor of making Miss Grace her First Birthday Dress! What a sweet Face. I made the little Apron Reversible so she can wear it after her birthday! You can see more of this sweet birthday Dress Here.

Abi Did a little modeling for me while we were on a mini vacation. I was so Excited to get some wonderful outside pictures! I will be listing this cut Little Book Worm BTS Set Sunday Night!

Grand Kid Share! All my babies are getting so big! Chelsea is going to be a Freshman! Andrew is Going in the 3rd grade and Abi will start 1st grade this year!

Mr Nathan is 9 months and walking! he has to make room for Brother or sister coming in Dec. They find out Tuesday what they are having and say they are going to keep it a secret!

My Daughter Jessica called me yesterday to tell me that we will be having one more in mid April! Congratulations! Jessi and Franklin!

I am in Mimi Heaven. Two more grand babies!

It's Hot In Texas!

Well I just checked the Weather and I think Fall is Here! It is only going to be 96 today! We have been having 3 digit temperatures here now for a few weeks. I think I am ready for some cooler weather. I believe that all the critters are looking for somewhere cool to stay also. Al found a baby Snake in the garage and then the same day as he was loading his bike he saw a Fox across the street. Just so you know we live in the middle of Town! Crazy!

I just wanted to post my Newest Auction. You can find it here We had to settle for indoor pictures it was just to hot to make Abi model long sleeves outside!

Abi told me that the set needed a Castle on it so of course I put one on it. I love the New Rachel Dress

Pattern it lays so perfect. Abi Picked out her modeling shoes too and course Andrew always does a great job at pictures!

Hopefully Tomorrow I can do a little Grand kid Sharing and maybe even a giveaway!

A New beginning

Wow it has been a while since I posted! Life is just crazy sometimes... I recently left my design group theChicks. What a hard decision that was to make, it is such a wonderful group of designers and friends and I will miss the group very much. I will be flying solo for a while and doing lot's of guest launches. I have joined up with two awesome launch groups "Caramelo" and "Boutique Circle of Friends" both have the most fabulous designers in them.

So I have the most fabulous hairdresser whom I might add was the same age as this little sweetie when I met her...anyway I trade sets for color and cuts and also get this fabulous little model for my sets!... Peyton is such a Doll baby! She has the bluest eyes and the cutest little Dimples! She requested a Zebra set so I just had to add some Polka Dots to Jazz it up! you can find the set here.

I bought a Serger that does cover stitches on knit,

it makes sewing knits so much fun... and I just bought a new pattern to play with from Fabricbliss,

the Antonia I will use it for the launch Debut with Caramelo. I also bought the Rachel Party Dress. I love New patterns!

Sharing a new Listing

What a crazy week I have had! My Mom turned 75 this week and my sister and I took her on a little getaway! I returned home long enough to pack and go visit my youngest daughter in Belton. We had a great time. I helped her paint her bedroom and then the next day we had a great day of shopping and pedicures! I came home to everyone here sick but little Nathan. Hopefully the two of us will stay well! Everyone seems to be doing a bit better but Al is still a little under the weather!

Sneek Peek

I wanted to share a sneek peek of my set for the upcoming launch with theChicks. Abi and I took a few pictures today while we had some great cloud coverage. We will finish up as soon as we recieve one more goodie and then I will share al the Goodies Abi got to model!

Weekend Getaway and Hello Kitty

I thought I would share a sneak Peek on what I will be listing for theChicks upcoming Retro launch Everyone has some awesome designs going on! I know Abi is super excited about this new set!

Now For my weekend getaway!

Al And I were able to take a mini Vacation this weekend in Dallas we stayed at the Adolphus Hotel. Here is the view from our room. Usually visiting the "Big" city is not my idea of vacation. I am more of a cabin in the woods kind of girl. We stayed inside the city all weekend walking almost everywhere we went and it was the most enjoyable weekend

We had planned on visiting the Art museum and were pleased to find out there was an Art Festival in progress. We saw some really intresting "Car Art"

I thought the quote on the Autographed taxi was blog worthy!

We watched a cooking demonstration and had some TDF Chocolate Caramel Banana Foster prepared by a chef from The Grape Bistro

We had a wonderful Time visiting the Dallas Art Museum and just "Relaxing" a few more pics!

I will have to call this a "Zen" room. When you sat and on the benches and looked through the cutaway shown below it was so relaxing!

Weekends!

We visited Longview's Alley fest this weekend. Not to impressive.

Al ran the 5k and placed 4th in his age division, not bad for someone who did not train! We Listened to a blues singer "can't remember her name" and she is not listed on the events calender, ate some dinner with Friends and then...

I was treated with this "ACDC" knock off group, HMM.. not really my cup of tea but I did have a blast watching all the old people Bopping to the Beat! I hope a few of them had designated drivers!LOL

We also saw this band which was a little easier

on the ears! it was just nice to enjoy an evening out!

with the grand kids yesterday! Being a Mimi and pop is awesome!

I am off to chain myself to my sewing table so I can finish customs.
